Spencer Hodson is an Energy and Sustainability Analyst at Burton Energy Group working with the Supply team. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Environmental Sustainability. Her passion for energy sparked on her first day of college classes in a course called “Global Energy Issues”. Since then, she interned with the University of Kentucky’s Utility and Energy Management department where she got her beginning in finding ways to reduce energy consumption and spend for clients. In her free time, Spencer enjoys hiking trails in the North Georgia mountains, spending time with family and friends, and teaching herself new skills (i.e. MATLAB and other coding languages).
